Pharmacology:
Tivozanib is a highly selective tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that targets:

VEGFR-1, VEGFR-2, and VEGFR-3 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptors)
These receptors are responsible for tumor angiogenesis.
By blocking them, Tivozanib starves the tumor of blood supply, thereby slowing or stopping tumor growth.
Dosage & Administration:

Recommended dose: 1.34 mg once daily for 21 days on treatment, followed by 7 days off, in a 28-day cycle.

Taken orally with or without food.

Capsules should be swallowed whole, not chewed or opened.
