Pharmacology:
Talazoparib is a PARP (Poly ADP-ribose polymerase) inhibitor.
It works by blocking PARP enzymes involved in repairing damaged DNA in cancer cells—especially in tumors with BRCA1/BRCA2 mutations. This leads to the accumulation of DNA damage, ultimately causing cancer cell death, while sparing normal cells.
Dosage & Administration:

Standard dose: 1 mg orally once daily, taken with or without food.

Capsules must be swallowed whole—do not open, crush, or chew.
