Palboxen contains Palbociclib, a targeted oral cancer therapy known as a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It is used in combination with endocrine therapy (e.g., letrozole or fulvestrant) for the treatment of hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer.

Palbociclib works by inhibiting proteins (CDK4 and CDK6) involved in cell division, helping to slow or stop cancer cell growth.
