📌 Indications:

Orfoxen® 0.8 mg is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise for:

• Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
• Improvement of glycemic control in adults
• Weight management in overweight or obese patients (as clinically appropriate)

💊 Pharmacology:

Orforglipron is a non-peptide GLP-1 receptor agonist that enhances glucose-dependent insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon release, delays gastric emptying, and promotes satiety. These actions contribute to improved blood glucose control and clinically meaningful weight loss.

💉 Dosage & Administration:

• Administer orally once daily, with or without food.
• Dose titration should be individualized based on patient response and tolerability.
