📌 Indications:
Nindanix (Nintedanib) is indicated for the treatment of:

💊 Pharmacology:
Nintedanib is a triple angiokinase inhibitor that targets and blocks:
-
Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor Receptors (VEGFR 1–3)
-
Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptors (FGFR 1–3)
-
Platelet-Derived Growth Factor Receptors (PDGFR α & β)
By inhibiting these pathways, it reduces fibroblast activity, abnormal tissue scarring, and tumor angiogenesis. In cancer, it restricts the tumor's blood supply, slowing growth and spread.
