📌 Indications:
Lenvanix (Lenvatinib) is indicated for the treatment of:

Differentiated Thyroid Cancer (DTC) that is refractory to radioactive iodine (RAI) therapy

Advanced Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) in combination with everolimus

Unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Endometrial Carcinoma (in combination with pembrolizumab) in certain cases
💊 Pharmacology:
Lenvatinib is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks the activity of various receptors involved in tumor growth and angiogenesis, including:

VEGFR1, VEGFR2, VEGFR3 (vascular endothelial growth factor receptors)

FGFR1-4 (fibroblast growth factor receptors)

PDGFRα (platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha)

RET and KIT proto-oncogenes
By inhibiting these pathways, Lenvanix:

Reduces blood vessel formation in tumors (anti-angiogenesis)

💉 Dosage & Administration:

DTC: 24 mg orally once daily (as two 10 mg + one 4 mg capsules)

RCC (with everolimus): 18 mg once daily

HCC: 8 mg once daily for body weight <60 kg; 12 mg once daily for ≥60 kg

Capsules should be swallowed whole with water, with or without food

Dose adjustments may be required for toxicity
