Enzalutamide is a second-generation androgen receptor (AR) inhibitor that works by:

This leads to suppression of androgen-driven tumor growth in prostate cancer.
📌 Indications:
Enzamide® 40 mg is indicated for:

Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC)

Non-metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (nmCRPC)
-
Metastatic Castration-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mCSPC)
Used alone or in combination with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
💉 Dosage & Administration:

Recommended dose: 160 mg once daily (typically 4 tablets of 40 mg)

Taken orally with or without food

Swallow tablets whole with water

Continue treatment as long as clinical benefit is observed
