📌 Indications:
Dasanix (Dasatinib) is indicated for the treatment of:

Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) in chronic, accelerated, or blast phase

Philadelphia chromosome-positive Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Ph+ ALL)
-
CML or Ph+ ALL in patients resistant or intolerant to prior therapy including imatinib
💊 Pharmacology:
Dasatinib is a multi-targeted tyrosine kinase inhibitor that blocks:
By inhibiting these kinases, Dasanix interrupts cancer cell signaling, preventing proliferation and inducing apoptosis. It works against many imatinib-resistant BCR-ABL mutations.
💉 Dosage & Administration:

CML (chronic phase): 100 mg orally once daily

CML (accelerated/blast phase) or Ph+ ALL: 140 mg orally once daily

Tablets should be swallowed whole, with or without food

Avoid grapefruit juice

Dose adjustments may be necessary for toxicity
