Crizotinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) targeting:
By blocking these kinases, Crizonix inhibits cancer cell growth, proliferation, and survival, particularly in tumors driven by ALK or ROS1 rearrangements.
π Dosage & Administration:

Recommended adult dose: 250 mg orally twice daily with or without food

Continue until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Swallow capsules whole, do not crush or chew

Dose adjustments may be needed for toxicity or organ impairment

Monitor for hepatotoxicity (liver enzyme elevation)

Risk of QT interval prolongation β ECG monitoring recommended
